Competitions Rules are as follows:

• Each team will consist of a minimum of eight players

• If a team cannot field a minimum side then the game will be awarded 1-0 to the opposition

• There is no offside

• The game will be ten minutes each way

• Substitutes must be made at half time

• There will be penalty kicks in the event of a draw (no extra time)

• In the event of a draw in the Final, there will be five minutes extra time, one way only, and then penalties if necessary

• Penalties. Each team will take five penalties and if scores are still equal then sudden death

• All other laws apply
