| We stage three 5-a-side competitions at the end of the season, normally
in May. Teams in our two Senior Leagues field two teams each. Bantams
leagues supply one team, and play 7-a-side to 5-a-side rules.

Competition Rules are as follows:
- Matches will be 10 minutes duration (5 minutes each way) with the
exception of the final
- The final will be 15 minutes duration, (7 and 1/2 minutes) each way
- Points will be awarded: win=2 pts, draw=1 pt, loss=0 pts
- In deciding the semi-finalists the top two in each group will
qualify. If teams are equal on points the decision will be made on
goal difference, then goals scored in that order.
- The semi-final will be knockout. In the event of a draw there will
be 3 minutes extra time one way and sudden death thereafter if
necessary. Three players are chosen from those left on the field at
the final whistle and then sudden death to start with the other in
order until one team has scored more than the other with the equal
number of kicks.
- All centres will be a drop ball. Players will start from their own
half.
- Each time the ball is played over the referees head height a free
kick will be awarded to the opposing team.
- Each time a defender enters his own goal area (D) a penalty will be
awarded to the opposing team.
- Each time a striker enters the opposition's goal area (D) a free
throw will be awarded to the defending goalkeeper.
- Goalkeepers will only be allowed to roll the ball out in an under
arm motion (no kick outs or flighted balls). Exception, pass backs
must be kicked out.
- There must be no back passing to goalkeepers other trhan in
accordance with normal football rules.
- Corners will be kicked.
- Throw-ins will be rolled in an under arm motion (no flighted balls).
- Goalkeepers will not be allowed outside the goal area (D). A
free-kick will be awarded to the opposition, 1 meter outside the goal
area.
- When a free kick is being taken the defending players must be at
least 1 meter away from the ball.
- Full team kick with shin pads and appropriate footwear must be worn.
- All substitutions must be made at half time (except for injury when
a players may be substituted at any time)
- Seniors. Each 14-man squad will be divided into 2 teams of 7
players. Each team must comprise of equal skill levels. No teams to be
made up of the best players only. If regular players are unavailable,
then selection may be made from the current Bantam league players.
Bantams may only be allowed to make up teams of 5 not squads of 7.
- No players will allowed to play for both teams in any circumstances.
Any players found playing for both teams at any stage of the
tournament will result in both teams being disqualified.
